Ursus Homes is dedicated to the vision of providing green passive homes for a diverse domestic and international market with the core objectives of energy efficiency, sustainable design, and cost effectiveness.
To achieve this vision, Ursus Homes will be adapting current world leading technologies and designs to the North American home market considering issues of current product availability, consumer expectations, and regulatory building requirements.
The target is to create homes that utilize 60-80% less energy than traditional homes in North America. Concurrently, our homes will be both aesthetically welcomed by the consumer and be cost effective.
